Now that we have fixed our new email issues we can get back to keeping you informed with what is happening in our class and around the school in Term Four! We have had such a busy start with PRODUCTION!!! I was so impressed that most of you were involved - both on stage, backstage and in the band. Three months of hard work paid off with three amazing shows last week - well done to you all. Mrs Hunter and I were very proud of you.
In class our major theme this term is CHALLENGE. We are looking at a Health based theme unit including a recap of puberty and then looking at choices and challenges that face teenagers. This includes a visit from the Life Bus doing a unit called from the Shadows - a drug and alcohol unit. For Literacy we are going to be looking a narrative stories and writing fairytales. This will include debating and drama presentations.
I hope you all have recovered from our frantic start and are ready to make the most of your last term at Balmacewen!!
Also - great to have our class rippa team up and running on a Monday night! Two great games so far team. Player of the day this week is Hayden:)
